We at VARIBOX, part of Rotovia, believe in a future where chemicals and detergents are safely packed without creating waste. Therefore, want to supply our customers in Europe with the most sustainable and reusable packaging with a minimum lifetime of 10 years.
Building on more than 50 years of experience we develop and produce VARIBOX IBCs with our Rotomoulding process. We provide packaging for chemical distribution that excels in safety, reusability, and sustainability.
In the safest way, we produce our VARIBOX IBCs in Rotovia factories in Montoir, France, and in Deventer, the Netherlands. Our IBCs like the VARIBOX Single Containment, VARIBOX Full Containment, and VARIBOX Compact Containment are truly reusable containers that will provide long-lasting services to you and your customers.

VARIBOX Safeline
Safe transport and storage are the basic principles for which the Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) from VARIBOX have been developed. To ensure safety when using our containers, all containers can be equipped with the VARIBOX Safeline system. The VARIBOX Safeline system is an easy-to-use system consisting of an extractor tube in the container that can be connected to your system by using a coupler.
VARIBOX Full Containment 1000L
The VARIBOX Full Containment (FC) has an integrated spill containment of 110%. This guarantees that you as a supplier or user meet the highest standard in safety regulations. But it also protects you and the environment from any leakage. The VARIBOX FC equipped with the closed Safeline makes sure that there is no need to open the container and chemical contact and toxic fumes will be avoided. But with the VARIBOX FC, you go one step further, it makes working with chemicals almost risk-free, because of the double-walled protection, no climbing, and ergonomic position.
VARIBOX Drumtainer
The VARIBOX Drumtainer is an UN-approved overpack for all types of drums (200 – 230 liter). This easy-to-use overpack with 110% integrated spill containment has 4 large wheels which give you the opportunity to place the Drumtainer on any desired location without the need to set up drip tray facilities. The unique overpack makes sure that you will have your drums safely and hygienically packed without lifting or touching the drums.
VARIBOX Single Containment 1000L
The VARIBOX Single Containment (SC) is a reusable UN/ADR approved Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) that has a lifetime of 10x longer than other IBCs. The unique construction and high-quality materials of the container enable 99% of the container can be recycled at the end of its lifetime. But there is more, the robust DN50-PN10 heavy-duty valve makes sure that your chemical stays safe within the VARIBOX.
VARIBOX Compact Container 250L
The time of struggling with drums is over! The VARIBOX Compact Containment (CC) 250-liter Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) will eliminate the physical lifting of drums and the risk of falling drums. The 110% integrated spill containment makes it possible to not use any required drip trays and still DIBt meet storage regulations. The VARIBOX CC is 100% closed by using the Safeline system. So, in this case, the swapping of the dripping extractor tub from drum to drum is over. Furthermore, there is no need to open the container anymore and toxic fumes are avoided.
