About us
Located 200 km north of Paris, PALCHEM is an independent company specializing in fine chemicals and contract synthesis. For nearly 35 years, we have been putting our expertise to work for the pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries, offering customized, responsive solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
Specializing in contract synthesis, the manufacture of fine chemical intermediates, and process development, PALCHEM supports its partners at every stage of their projects, from one kilogram to hundreds of metric tons. Our production facilities, consisting of enameled steel reactors ranging from 100 to 4,500 liters, enable us to flexibly accommodate production at various scales.
Recognized for its long-standing expertise in the chemistry of brominated derivatives, PALCHEM is now also developing recognized expertise in the synthesis of boronic derivatives to keep pace with evolving market needs.
Our teams are skilled in a wide range of synthetic reactions, including Friedel-Crafts, coupling, esterification, reduction, and etherification reactions. We also have extensive experience in handling complex or sensitive raw materials, such as isobutylene, ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, phosphorus oxychloride, thionyl chloride, anhydrous hydrogen bromide, bromine, sodium borohydride, and n-butyllithium.
Thanks to its technical expertise, responsiveness, and commitment to quality, PALCHEM supports its customers in the development and manufacture of their molecules, with short lead times and a high level of reliability.
