2025 CSR Report – PALCHEM’s Strong Commitments
In 2025, PALCHEM continued its CSR efforts through concrete actions aimed at promoting employee well-being, safety, environmental protection, and responsible performance.
The company strengthened its collective commitment by supporting several local sports initiatives, fostering a culture of safety through training in first aid and fire prevention, and launching a participatory initiative to promote biodiversity with a beehive project at the Angres site.
This momentum was also recognized with the renewal of its EcoVadis certification. In 2026, PALCHEM will continue to fulfill its commitments with new objectives, including obtaining ISO 14001 certification, raising awareness of psychosocial risks, and developing training programs to provide long-term support for its teams.
